Snow!

After a whole winter of mild weather, we awoke this morning to find our town banketed by nearly 25 cm of snow. Conan wanted to go outside to play, but he's had a fever since Saturday, so he's got to stay home and inside for now. It feels strange seeing all the snow since it's the end of the school year and any snow we usually get would have melted by now.

It's going to be a busy couple of weeks for me. I've got three graduations at junior high and elementary schools to attend this week, and several farewell parties at schools that have staff transferring. As well, the samurai group that I belong to has a performance next Sunday to 'open' a new tunnel in town.

Hi Mark and Junko, Leigh just mentioned you had new material on your blog. Fun to see mark at his show and Is Leif ever growing fast - we had Jolly Jumpers for the girls. I think Shelley jumped more than Leigh. Aunt Helen

Oops! I meant -Conan- at his show - great sense of rhythm!
Love, Helen
