The Hunter family arrives in northern Japan.

Sorry it's been a few weeks since I've updated our blog, but we've been busy here as of late. Arriving on April 27th from North Bay, Canada was my aunt Florence and my two cousins Gord and Valerie. I picked them up at the shinkansen (that's "bullet train" for those who don't know the real name) and drove them to Sumita. We had a wonderful time hosting them and they enjoyed two days visiting us, seeing the local sites and becoming acclimatised to Japan. Next, they headed south to Kyoto, Hiroshima and back to Tokyo to round out their week here in Japan.
